International orders
 
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for payment of any applicable duties, taxes and other fees. If you need further information, please contact your local Customs Office. Contact Otivia for shipping and handling charges outside of the 48 USA states.
 
 
Warranty Terms and Conditions
 
All products manufactured by Otivia, LLC are guaranteed to the original purchaser for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, abuse, or alteration.
  1. Unconditional Guarantee - Purchases may be returned for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Product must be returned in new condition, it may not be used or altered. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  2. All sales of closeout or "seconds" are final. We do not accept any returns of these items.
  3. For warranty service include a note detailing the location and nature of the problem. Please contact Otivia directly for a "return authorization." Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, abuse, or alteration will be evaluated and repaired at our discretion for a fee. Please enclose $10 for return shipping and handling and ship to us
